Lasermet Weatherproof IP66 LED Ultra Signs
Lasermet Weatherproof IP66 LED Ultra Signs are rugged illuminated LED warning signs designed for outdoor and exposed environments. With an IP66-rated enclosure, they provide clear warning and status information in locations exposed to rain, wind and dust.
The weatherproof Ultra 580 uses Lasermet’s backlit LED technology to provide seamless, clearly visible text and graphics. It is suitable for industrial sites, external entrances and other locations where laser status needs to be communicated outdoors.
IP66 Weather Protection
The Ultra 580 is rated to IP66. Its enclosure is dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets, making it suitable for outdoor installations and other exposed environments.
Readable in Strong Sunlight
The sign is designed to remain readable in strong sunlight. Its backlit LED technology provides clear and consistent presentation of text, symbols and other safety information.
Single or Dual Message
Weatherproof IP66 LED Ultra Signs are available with either single or dual messages.
- Single message: available in red, green, yellow, blue or white.
- Dual message: red/green indication for two different status conditions.
A dual-message sign can, for example, display a red warning when the laser is active and a green message when the area is safe to enter.
Custom Messages, Graphics and Languages
The signs can be customised with different messages, graphics and languages, allowing the displayed information to be configured according to the laser installation and its operating environment.
Messages use a secret-when-lit design, remaining hidden until the corresponding LED illumination is activated.
Flexible Control
The Ultra 580 operates at low voltage and can be integrated with the laser installation’s control or interlock system so that the appropriate safety information is displayed according to the current system status.
Options include remote dimming and on/off flashing capability. A DALI interface is also available as an option.
Flexible Mounting
The signs can be mounted directly to a wall. Lasermet also provides mounting bracket options for single-facing and dual-facing installations, allowing the sign to be positioned according to where the safety information needs to be visible.
