The HSG TS2 is an advanced laser cutting system developed for processing tubes and structural profiles. It is an ideal solution for manufacturers who require a reliable tube laser machine without extensive additional equipment, while still maintaining high precision and productivity.

Intelligent chuck technology
The system is equipped with a dynamic chuck with intelligent digital feedback. This technology continuously monitors the clamping condition of the tube and alerts the operator if the chuck does not grip the material correctly.
The chuck also identifies the actual dimension of the tube or profile and automatically adjusts the clamping pressure to ensure a safe and stable cutting process.
The TS2 can be equipped with a fiber laser source ranging from 3 kW up to 6 kW, making it suitable for a wide range of materials and tube dimensions.
The machine can be delivered as a standalone base machine or equipped with automation solutions for automatic loading and unloading, improving production efficiency.
