There are three HSG models that LMI is now running a campaign on. They are the X3015, G3015H and R2S. Niklas Johansson talks in more detail about the three machines:

– The X3015 is a perfect compact machine for those who want to take care of their own production to cut down on lead times, and still save on the available floor space. The machine in stock is equipped with a 6kW fiber laser source and camera surveillance for easier inspection in the machine.

– The G3015H is our bestseller and a real workhorse that can handle everything from detail work to rough forging. I think high productivity, simplicity and high precision sum up the G3015H in an excellent way. The stock machines are available with a choice of 6kW or 12kW, but the model can have an output of up to 30kW when ordered new! The machine is of course also equipped with camera surveillance for easier inspection in the machine.

– Finally, the R2S, which is a great choice when it comes to tube lasers for those who want a lot of machine for the money! These stock machines are equipped with a 6kW fiber laser, a semi-automatic feeder and automatic output unit. In addition, with a bevel cutting head! Being able to tilt the cutting head up to 45 degrees facilitates welding work where joint preparation can be done directly in the laser machine. This machine is also equipped with camera surveillance for easier inspection in the machine.

– We received some critical comments on the old website. We have taken this criticism into account and developed a website with a new design, with simpler navigation and clear search functions.

LMI has several suppliers of cutting machines, but when it comes to standard cutting machines, these come from the Chinese company HSG Laser. It is a high-tech company that focuses on research, development, production and sales of intelligent metal forming and laser cutting systems.
