1997 – LMI AB is founded as a Swedish subsidiary of Laser Machining Inc. (USA)
Built on Swedish Industrial Needs
2002 – Laser Machining Inc. is acquired by Preco Inc., while LMI AB retains its original name
2004 – LMI becomes exclusive agent for Electrox marking systems in Scandinavia
2018 – LMI relocates to a newly built facility in Hjärpbohln, Nås, and becomes the exclusive distributor for Bodor laser cutting systems
