The new ProCutter 2.0 generation delivers improved performance and advanced automation features. The system is designed to make laser cutting faster, easier, and more efficient, while maintaining high process stability.
One of the most significant improvements is the completely redesigned gas flow control, which enhances process stability and cutting quality. Reliability and power handling have also been optimized, allowing the cutting head to operate with laser powers up to 85 kW.
Automatic nozzle changing is now included as a standard feature, simplifying operation and reducing downtime. The compact design remains unchanged and is combined with an extended sensor system that further improves operational safety.
