Laser Machining (LMI) and IPG Photonics have entered into a cooperation agreement in which LMI will be responsible for service and repairs of IPG laser systems in Sweden.
Two technicians from Laser Machining are undergoing training at the German company IPG Photonics to become fully certified service engineers. They will handle all service and repairs in Sweden on behalf of IPG. A stock of IPG components will also be available on-site at LMI in Nås, Dalarna.
This means that customers in Sweden will benefit from significantly faster service, as technicians will always be available locally.
