The laser optics are designed to be robust yet lightweight, ensuring stable performance even during long operating periods. The focus position can be visually checked from the front of the cutting head, simplifying setup and commissioning.
Reduced service time and costs
The design provides quick access to optical components for maintenance. Optical elements can therefore be replaced significantly faster than in previous systems.
A protective window shields the valuable optics from the process zone and fiber interface, extending component lifetime. Integration with CutBox Pro also enables real-time monitoring of sensor values and system status
High cutting quality
An ultra-stable distance sensor system maintains a constant gap between the cutting head and the workpiece, even at very high accelerations. This ensures smooth, perpendicular cut edges with minimal burr formation.
Efficient cooling of the cutting head provides stable and reproducible results in serial production. The 2D version also features additional nozzle cooling for improved performance during continuous operation.
