The HSG TX series is designed for processing large tubes and structural profiles where material size and thickness require a highly stable and powerful machine platform.
The system features a patented 3+1 chuck system developed by HSG. This design provides additional support during the cutting process and helps straighten the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy even when processing heavy profiles.
The intelligent chuck system also helps minimise or eliminate remaining scrap material after processing, improving material utilisation.
Capacity and material handling
The HSG TX can process tube lengths of up to 12 metres, making it suitable for large structural components and demanding industrial applications.
The system can also be equipped with automation solutions for loading and unloading, including height-controlled unloading systems for safer handling of finished parts.
