METIS represents a new generation of CO₂ laser systems and is among the most modern machines in its class. The system is equipped with high-acceleration servo motors capable of driving the focusing head up to 5G acceleration, enabling cutting speeds of up to 1200 mm/s.
The laser is particularly suitable for cutting and engraving plastics and other organic materials, but it can also process a wide range of materials commonly used with CO₂ laser technology.
Compact design with integrated systems
METIS is designed to deliver high performance in a compact footprint. The chiller and air compressor are integrated into the machine chassis, simplifying installation while maintaining a highly space-efficient design.
he system is also equipped with Clean-Pack technology, which protects linear guides and mechanical components from dust and fumes generated during the laser process. This helps extend service life and reduce maintenance requirements.
METIS is available with working areas ranging from 500 × 300 mm up to 900 × 600 mm, making it suitable for both small workshops and industrial production environments.
